Orders typically take 3 business days (Monday–Friday) to be processed.

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is manufactured.

Each pre-order will display an estimated shipping date in the product description.

Pre-orders are a great way to secure items in advance. Check the product details for specifics.

We’re unable to split orders into multiple shipments. If you’d like to receive your non-preorder items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You may only return your order if you received the incorrect color/size or if the item is damaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We don’t offer exchanges right now — our stock moves fast and sizes sell out quickly. If something didn’t work out, check out our return policy above for next steps.
Looking for a different size or style? Just place a new order for the item you want.

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please report the issue to the delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or contact your local authorities for further assistance.

Packages sent to a freight forwarder and marked as delivered but not received are not eligible for a refund.
